It’s that time of year again. The summer is over (and what a summer?? I can totally cope with wind and rain after so many wonderful sunny days!) and it’s not Christmas yet; a perfect time to plan your 2014 or 2015 wedding.
We’ve done several quotes and have quite a few bookings already. We love the diversity of how people wish to celebrate this special occasion. We cater for weddings in marquees, village halls, barns, rental cottages and in stately homes. We do hot food, cold food, canapes and desserts and each and every menu reflects the bride and groom as well as highlighting the very best of Devon produce.
Next week we are making seasonal Middle-Eastern inspired canapes for a family just outside Totnes and that will be our last wedding of 2013. We’ve had a fantastic year – we made stews for a couple celebrating in the RAMM, Exeter in Feburary, a 3 course hot meal for a small gathering in a holiday home in Bantham in March, a BBQ by the river in June, a garden party and BBQ in a family home in July, a hog roast in a field in August and a hot buffet in a stately home in September – to name but a few. Thank you to all our brides, grooms, family and friends for inviting us to cater your joyous days! We’ve loved them all and can’t wait for 2014 and the lovely people we will meet.
