It’s interesting to be nearing December and the end of 2013, having entered our third year of business… A time to reflect and a time to look forward. This year we have had the priviledge of catering numerous weddings in South Devon, of meeting some fabulous people, have been involved in organising some great events and fundraisers, cooked, served and eaten some delicious food!
Next month Christmas madness starts – we have a few parties to cater, the famous Totnes Late Night Christmas markets, on the first three Tuesdays in December where we’ll be selling stews, mince pies, mulled wine and more and our own celebrations to attend.
In January, Hannah and I will be taking our annual break, ready to return in February inspired and rested. I’m going to Italy and Hannah to Thailand – both amaizng countries with fantastic and rich food cultures. Watch this space for photo’s, recipes and blog posts.
Next summer is booking up fast and we’re looking forward to more brides, champagne, tipees, hog roasts, best man speeches, canape’s and flowers!
